An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest. —Benjamin Franklin
A Wisconsin Lutheran College education can be a challenging investment for some families to make. Statistics from a recent graduating class make this abundantly clear. Approximately one in four members of the class of 2013 came to WLC from households with an income of $49,000 per year or less. Nearly half came from households with an income of $74,000 per year or less.
It is imperative that we provide scholarship support to bring WLC within reach for more future Christian leaders. We want to make sure our students leave WLC equipped with the faith, skills, confidence, and experiences they need to be successful—not with mountains of debt. It is our priority to make more scholarship support available to attract and assist students who want to make a difference in the world. You can help us make that happen.
Wisconsin Lutheran College relies on the generosity of alumni, parents, friends, corporations, and foundations. Gifts come in many forms, but by far and away, most of the money raised comes from individuals like you—people who believe in the mission of Wisconsin Lutheran College and who want to see it flourish and grow.
Please consider a scholarship gift of $10 or more today. Together with other alumni, your gift today—no matter the size—is an investment in tomorrow’s Christian leaders. By making a gift, you are “paying forward” the scholarship support you received to the next generation.
Will you help us reach our goal?
